His artwork has been animated for BBC Children's TV and he illustrated all 10 of the bestselling AMAZING MACHINES series. Ant lives in London. Tony Mitton is a popular children's poet, and author of the award-winning THE RED AND WHITE SPOTTED HANDKERCHIEF (Scholastic). He has written a number of picture books including BUMPUS JUMPUS DINOSAURUMPUS and ALL AFLOAT ON NOAH'S BOAT (both illustrated by Guy Parker-Rees of GIRAFFES CAN'T DANCE) and THE SOMETHINGOSAUR (illustrated by Russell Ayto). His other titles include collections of poetry for older children. He lives in Cambridge.
