Nic Newell is a three time-gold medallist in the Pacific School Games in Perth, to add to his many achievements at state and regional level Dan Cross has been coaching swimming for almost 10 years after competing as a National standard swimmer for a number of years. He has a degree in sport and exercise science and is currently is the assistant National Age group coach at Guildford City High Performance Swimming Club. Paul Cowcher is a personal trainer, fitness instructor and former professional dancer with ten years experience and numerous fitness teaching qualifications to his name. Tommaso Bernabei is a television and non-fiction writer and sports nutritionist. He is currently the diet planner for an Italian swimming club and writing a book of sport nutrition recipes.
